Wit-less Jerks

Tuesday we brewed the Belgian style Wit that I mentioned here earlier. Here are a few photos to act as an alibi.



These are seeds from a Cilantro plant.



These are flavorful dried skins of citrus fruits.



Me, breaking open the corriander seeds in a blender.



The left is a glass filled with wort before the boil,
the right is a glass filled with wort from the end of the boil.

We JUST made it on tuesday. It won't be on until the end of March at the absolute earliest. Look towards April for a more realistic date.
