Tuesday we brewed the Belgian style Wit that I mentioned here earlier. Here are a few photos to act as an alibi.
These are seeds from a Cilantro plant.
These are flavorful dried skins of citrus fruits.

When will this beer be on tap at your restaurant?
We JUST made it on tuesday. It won't be on until the end of March at the absolute earliest. Look towards April for a more realistic date.
