It's spring time damnit! It's time to drink a beer that makes you think about warm weather. Zon Jager is a hazy Belgian-style Wit with a pale orange complextion. To commerate we are offering Brilliant!, a opaque and creamy stout with a silky mouthfeel. It's served on nitrogen so watch for cascades, and erin go bleargh!

Debut Dates for Two Upcoming Seasonals
It's finally starting to get warm outside and what better way to celebrate than with a thirst quenching Wit beer. Look for hazy glasses of white, seasoned with coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, and a few secret ingredients for good measure.

It's the shortest biggest beer you've ever had. Brewed with 100% "Summit" Dwarf hops, a new variety from Brewers Supply Group. It's loaded with citrusy hops and heavy on the alcohol at 7% abv.

Field trip to Indiana
I drank the hell out of their Moloko Plus milk stout that's on right now. Matt enjoyed some Berlinner Weiss, flavored with blueberry syrup. I demolished a Muffuletta sandwich that was Muff*%$!@ delish. I can't remember what Matt ate but Trent doesn't make any bad food.
As we were eating, Trent brought out their new "Southbeach" brownie concoction that involved brownies, ice cream, milk stout, and other good things. Guaranteed to help you shed those winter pounds.
If you haven't been to the pub yet, I don't know what the hell you are waiting on, and if you are going to Floyds, there isn't any reason not to swing by Flossmoor on your way there or the way back.

Dwarf Hops
[Appropriately named, a new hop variety called “Summit” was recently released by Brewer Supply Group. The hop boosts alpha acid values between 17-19%. A new concept to the U.S. hop industry, Summit is a dwarf variety grown using a low-trellis system. Because dwarf hops are picked gently in the field, as opposed to their taller cousins which must be cut and transported, dwarf varieties are of the highest quality.
Recent trials have discovered strong orange and tangerine citrus notes in its flavor. Ideally suited for brewing American style IPA’s and Double IPA, Summit is an excellent bittering hop. Cohumulone levels are low at 25-28% of alpha.]
Once X-IPA runs out, and this is ready, it will be on. Look out for the biggest, shortest beer you've ever had.

Get excited, it smells like a Florida country market in the brewhouse right now.
