Mushroom beer

Leaning on Chef Edvaurdo's knife skills. Chef chops 45 lbs of yellow foot mushrooms for our us to make an extract to add to our upcoming beer Mycetes!

HOUSE ALES

Gandy Dancer Honey Rye Ale –6.2% abv, 14.2 OG, 27 IBU
A malt forward ale with a spicy
touch of Rye and a tang of real orange blossom honey

Rail Hopper IPA - 6.6% abv, 17.2 OG, 85 IBU
Aggressively hopped, this American IPA has a big aroma of grapefruit and citrus, a soft caramel body and a crisp bitter finish

Panama Red Ale - 6.5% abv, 16.5 OG, 65 IBU
A firm malt body with notes of caramel balanced in its sweetness by a healthy dose of American hops

Pullman Brown Ale – 6.3% abv, 16.5 OG, 27 IBU
Our most award winning ale, dark
and complex with flavors of dark chocolate and a smooth finish

Iron Horse Stout - 5.8% abv, 14.9 OG, 42 IBU
We took a new direction with our house stout and simplified the malt bill to create a balance of chocolate and roast, with a discernable American hop presence to balance.

Zephyr Golden Ale - 4.7% abv, 10.2 OG, 12 IBU
A very crisp and refreshing ale with a very simple, all barley malt bill with a touch of hops for balance

Station Master Wheat Ale - 5.2% abv, 12.2 OG, 16 IBU
A crisp American wheat ale brewed with wheat and barley to create a rich, flavorful beer with just a touch of honey malt

Rotating Fruit Beer - 5.2% abv, 12.2 OG, 16 IBU
Blended with our Station Master, we use real fruit juice to balance the rich wheat body with the tartness of Raspberry, Cherry or Blueberry
