New Stout NOW POURING

"Up All Night" stout is now pouring at the station. This is a re-release of the Dark Matter Imperial Stout which has been aged on coffee beans for three months. Interestingly, the coffee aromas and flavors still let flavors of dark chocolate and roast malts come out. Give it a try in our goblet for a limited time!

Nice. Are you bringing back the Bourbon Barrel aged stout anytime soon?

Any chance you can create a Welsh style ale for St. David's day (March 1st)?

The bourbon barrel version will be available after the Irish Stout being tapped Tuesday, March 16th. Unfortunately our fermenters have their dance cards completely filled for a few months so we won't be doing a Welsh style ale. BTW what is a Welsh style ale exactly?? Shafly does an English Pale Ale and call it a Welsh Ale. We're doing an English style IPA for our next IPA, does that count?

Nice!

Historically speaking it used to be mainly mild ales, though there is much more variety now, have a click through some of the links below.
