names in the lead so far

Just a quick update... MoPac started strong, but Magnolia Star has surged ahead in the past day. Is this the name you want?? Maybe, maybe not. VOTE!!

Unknown said...: MoPac would be a fitting name for a Malt Liquor Beer since most beleive that it pacs more alcohol then the regular beer, plus keeps up with the railroad theme.
Very Clever.

and complex with flavors of dark chocolate and a smooth finish

Iron Horse Stout - 5.8% abv, 14.9 OG, 42 IBU
We took a new direction with our house stout and simplified the malt bill to create a balance of chocolate and roast, with a discernable American hop presence to balance.

Zephyr Golden Ale - 4.7% abv, 10.2 OG, 12 IBU
